Founded in September 2019, Playwell is the vision of Tanice Bosanko, a seasoned
professional with more than 20 years of experience at Titleist and FootJoy Worldwide. During her time with the company, Tanis worked in R&D at Titleist headquarters in Fairhaven, Massachusetts, before moving into sales in Tampa, Florida. She later returned home to Alberta, where she earned Sales Representative of the Year in 2016 along with several finalist honours in consecutive years.

Golf has always been at the heart of Tanice’s story. Growing up, she spent her summers
working at the Hinton Golf Club before earning a scholarship to Methodist University in
Fayetteville, NC, a school renowned for its golf program. There, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Professional Golf Management, graduating cum laude. On the course, she was a standout competitor, helping her team capture three NCAA National Championships while earning All-American and Academic All-American honours.

Today, Tanice lives in Cochrane, Alberta, with her husband and two children. Life keeps her
busy between hockey rinks and baseball diamonds, but she always finds time for the
outdoors—whether that’s golfing, skiing, or simply enjoying time with family and friends. And while she’s built a career that has taken her around North America, she’ll be the first to say: "You can take the girl out of Hinton, but you can’t take Hinton out of the girl".
